I have and will always LOVE Christmas time..for so many reasons! I love the family time, the decorations inside and out of homes, the giving, the time off work, the excitement of the children, Black Friday early morning shopping, Christmas cards/family pictures...I can go on and on! This year was no exception for the Howerton fam! This was Jude's 2nd Christmas but the first he was old enough to participate...last year he was only 11 days old. :)

3rd Christms Tree: Grandma and PaPa's House
Every Christmas Eve my dad's side of the family meets at his parents house for the "Family Tree." We enjoy what we call "mexican pile up" for dinner, entirely too much food for one individual to eat in one sitting! Then, with full bellies and happy hearts, we all move to the living room where the Christmas story is read (this year by Grandma), we sing a couple Christmas songs and then a "Santa" is named for the year to start handing out the presents.
4th Tree: Granny's House
We left Grandma and Papa's house to head west to Marc & Mom's house for the night. We woke up EARLY morning to head 45 minutes further to "The Ranch House" to eat Christmas breakfast and celebrate with Marc's side of the family. I've never seen more presents in all my life!!
we opted to stay in PJ's ;-) Jude wasn't ready to wake up quite yet...
Christmas Chaos?? Check!
Mom and Marc w/their stack!

Granny and Brandon
Jude was having just as much fun digging in my purse as he was tearing apart wrapping paper, LOL. He found his sippy cup...raisins...all kinds of goodies! ;-)
Always the right size ;-)
5th Tree: Marc & Mom's house
We stayed at Granny's house until around 4:00 then came back to Marc and Mom's house, got back in PJ's & enjoyed the rest of the night together!
I love this picture. My mom (Jude's Grammy) teaching Jude to be sweet to Bentley...
PJ PARTY!! :)
Proof in pictures...it was a wonderful holiday! We are so blessed to have such great family! Here's to a happy and healthy 2011!! We love you all so very much!!
XOXO
